Approximately five months ago, a project was launched to ensure that all learners, particularly girls and vulnerable groups, benefit from safe and inclusive educational environments. This initiative aligns with Nepal's School Education Sector Plan (SESP) 2022-2032 and the country's Equity Strategy.
The UNESCO office in Kathmandu provided technical support to conduct a policy review mapping of SRGBV-related policies and directives. This effort aims to identify policy gaps and update the policies based on the mapping report to incorporate new issues and practices.
