What happens after reporting

At Safe Schools Nepal, we take all reports seriously and ensure a confidential, supportive, and action-oriented response. Hereโ€™s what happens after you report a concern:

Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation (if contact details are provided) that your report has been received.

Initial Assessment: Our safeguarding team reviews the report to determine the level of risk and urgency.

Investigation & Action: Depending on the nature of the concern, we may:

  • Engage relevant authorities, including school management, child protection agencies, or law enforcement.
  • Provide direct support and intervention if required.
  • Offer guidance and resources to ensure a safe resolution.

Follow-Up & Support: We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates (if appropriate) to ensure that necessary actions are taken.Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Reporting can be done anonymously, but if you provide your contact details, we can offer better support and keep you informed.
